Baseball Savings reserves the right to access a restocking charge on all closeout items and items listed with an * (asterisk), i.e. items not normally stocked. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Baseball Savings, you may return the item(s) in NEW, UNUSED AND ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 30 DAYS in their original packaging for a full item amount refund. Shipping is not refundable.

When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. Closeouts, custom orders, demo items, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are not returnable.

If you should need to return an item contact Baseball Savings by phone or E-Mail and request a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.

CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

Bat Warranty
Aluminum/composite bats carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. Defective or damaged aluminum/composite bats must be returned to the manufacturer for exchange within one year of the purchase date. Please call the manufacturer directly for Return Authorization. Proof of purchase is required, so we recommend that you keep your bat invoice.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
