Star Gloves...Finest Materials, Hand Craftsmanship!
All Star CM3000 Series Catchers Baseball Gloves
Not durable; heavy
This mitt didn't last 2 seasons before it developed a hole in the pocket. The glove "broke in" easily but the leather didn't hold up well despite meticulous care. The mitt seemed to get heavier with time, and it lost the pop pretty quickly. All-star didn't stand behind this product . I won't buy another one. This $300 glove wasn't worth the money. Now I have to break in another one mitt!

Break in time, Quality, Color Scheme, Forms Well
I bought this glove about 3 months ago, and it seems to be breaking in quite well. I still get pops every once in a while, but if you catch it in the deep pocket there is no problem. I used it in game about a month after i got it and it seems to still be in the the breaking in process, or i just have weak hands. If I buy another one of these gloves I think I would go with the CM3000X SBT, just because I find this on a bit to large for my hands. Everything else about this glove is perfect. Take good care of it, and it will take good care of you.

As a professional catcher for 5 years and scout/instructor for another 19 years I have tried every pro model and the All Star remains the best in every category: fit, performance, durability, appearance and performance. Every CM3000 they sell is pro/ML quality. A great product from a great company.
