Baden PR-OA CoreGuard All Weather Baseballs
The balls are good enough for practice. I haven't had a wet day to test the all weather claims. I am assuming it is due to the all weather layer, but the balls do not come off the bat nearly like normal balls. They come off softer with more of a thud. The balls are not bad, but I think I will leave them for those wet days and use normal balls on dry days.

Performs as advertised in wet conditions.
All weather balls perform as advertised and do not get water logged or heavy when wet. Cover is durable and raised seams feel authentic like any official ball. Only down side is balls feel slightly under weight (when compared to dry official ball). Makes for easier effort throwing long BP sessions but not sure if I like my players working out with under weight balls. Best recommendation would probably be to reserve these for wet practice conditions and stick with conventional ball for dry days.
