Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grandsons love it! I bought the Speed Radar for my grandsons, ages 10 and 14, for Christmas. Both are aspiring pitchers. They were so excited and use it frequently to practice for the upcoming season. Great product, highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bat Speed Yes I was cautious, and a bit skeptical about buying a less expensive radar, but so far so good. I read a review from a coach that supposedly uses it, and puts it in some sort of a chicken cage for protection - not a bad idea, because the first pitch is guaranteed to just barely miss it. I have no idea if the speed is accurate, but it has been consistent. The most eye opening has been using it on bat speed and how fast or slow some kids swing the bat. It surprised me when some kids with slower speeds but good mechanics hit farther - yes I know physics is physics, but still right now form is winning over speed. We're having fun with it so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use, does exactly what I expected. Bought this for my Little League team who is just learning to pitch. It is a great visual aid to help explain what I am trying to teach about velocity and off speed pitching. Thumbs up! Excellent product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use Works great. My son uses it for lacrosse and pitching. We put it behind the lacrosse net and it registers a speed every time whether he is pitching or using his lacrosse stick. No problems.
