What Are The Measurements Between New Balance Shoe Sizes And Widths?
Width: There is approximately a 1/2" difference between widths (2A, B, D, 2E, 4E) and a 3/8" difference between 4E and 6E width. This difference occurs across the ball of the foot and is the maximum difference in width. There is less of a width difference as you move toward the tip of the shoe and toward the heel.
Length: There is approximately a 1/6" difference between each half size (i.e. between 9 and 9.5 and between 9.5 and 10, and so on). For every half size up, the width (across the ball) will increase by 1/8".
Men's Shoe Sizing Guide
When ordering New Balance shoes, please order your normal athletic shoe size. If the majority of shoes you own fit adequately, consider ordering a standard men's width (D). If your shoes tend to feel overly spacious in width, consider a narrower width (B or 2A). If your shoes tend to feel noticeably narrow or snug, consider selecting a wider width (2E, 4E, or 6E).
Feet swell during the day, and we encourage you to try on your shoes later in the day when your feet are at their largest. New Balance shoes are made to fit directly out of the box and do not need to be broken in. Your heel should fit snug with no slipping. The midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight. You should have enough room in the toe box to wiggle your toes. If your feet are "between" sizes and you cannot decide which to suggest, choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Have your feet measured every year because people are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big. Clues that your shoes are too small or narrow include noticeable foot cramping or "falling asleep" while running (or just after running) and the formation of blisters and calluses between or on your toes.
If your new shoes feel tight, remember that feet typically get bigger with age. Your left and right feet may differ in length or width by as much as a full size. Measure and try shoes on both feet, and always buy shoes to fit your larger foot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid, but snug Purchased these for my 13 year old son instead of getting spikes AND molded as he plays on many fields that won't allow spikes. He has had them for ~6 practices and ~4 games. They are comfortable, fairly light and perform pretty well. However, they are a pain for him to get on. The size is fine, but the tongue of the shoe is attached to the body in such a way that you can't loosen them very well. So, once they are on, they're pretty good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My sons favorite cleat My son bought a pair of these New Balance cleats last year and loved them. This year he had to have the same kind again. He’s a catcher and loves the flexibility and light weight of these cleats. Held up for over 60 games he played in. I should probably get another pair the next size up for next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best of both worlds. I bought a pair a year ago when they first released, mainly because of the new technology of a fiber glass bottom. I was used to buying metal cleats until my league prohibited them. So I went to the other option which was molded cleats. I'm a out fielder and when field is wet I had issues with molded cleat. Always slipping couldn't find a grip. And when new balance released this cleats which ny league accepted. My prayers was answered. Super light ,extreme traction, very comfortable, honestly the best cleats I ever purchased. Currently own five pairs to have more color option. I Most definitely recommend the new balance compv1.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gift Card perfection Gift card was exactly what my teenage son needed. Gone are the days where I can pick for him and he's happy. He's now big time and likes to choose his own equipment. Baseball Savings is always the best prices and service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice cleats My oldest son wore these last season and loved them. Now my other son will be wearing them and loves the convenience of being able to not have 2 pairs of cleats. Only downside is they are a bit pricey. Helped to get them on sale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Cleats I bought these to use on turf and grass and they work great for both! They do take a little time to get broken in but they are amazing after a few practices of wear. I would definetly recommend these cleats to anyone who plays on multiple playing surfaces.
