Guidelines and How To

Not what you expected? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item online. Item must be returned within 30 days from purchase in new and unused condition.

Did You Purchase as a Registered User Or Register At The Time of Purchase?
If you are a registered user and don’t know your order number, follow these steps to begin your return:
1. Sign-In by clicking “Sign In / Register” in the upper right.
2. “My Account” will appear. Click there.
3. From the “My Account” menu on left, click “Order History”
4. Find your order and click “Details”
5. Select eligible items you would like to return using the right hand column and click “Return / Exchange Selected Items” button
       **Some items may not be returnable. Please call customer service with questions. 1-866-923-5050
6. Choose your “Return Type” and select an option from the drop down options. If you are Exchanging, select “Free Exchange” from the drop down menu. (See below for details.)
7. If you are Returning and item, select desired return shipping option. (See below for details.)
8. Click “Process Return” to initiate your Return/Exchange

Did You Purchase As A Guest?
• Find your Order Number found in an Order Update email sent 2 hours after your order was placed.
• Click “Order Status / Tracking here or in the “Help” drop down at top of page
• Customer service hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 11pm CST, Saturday & Sunday 7am – 8pm CST

Exchange Details

• Exchanges ship at no cost to you: simply print and attach the label provided.

• After creating your return label for an exchange, please submit a new order for the replacement item. You will be charged for the replacement item, but after we receive your exchanged item, we'll refund your original payment method. If we do not receive your exchanged item, you will not receive a refund. To ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible, we'll ship out the replacement before we receive your exchanged item.

• Items must be in new, unused condition, except for Playability items. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• We reserve the right not to accept return or exchange on select promotional items and items otherwise specified at time of purchase.

• Custom orders, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are non-refundable.


Return Details

• The shipping and/or pickup costs will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. If you are returning an item within the 30-day window, we'll credit your account within 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.

• FedEx Return Service is only available to customers in the continental US.

• Return shipping rates apply to the continental US only.

• Items must be in new, unused condition. All parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• Custom orders, personalized items, open videos, DVD's and computer software are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right not to accept return or exchange on select promotional items and items otherwise specified at time of purchase.

• All "Closeout" sales are final and items may not be returned. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.

• Please do not send items to the manufacturer; we take care of everything.

• INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.


Returns - FedEx Drop Off - Your Cost $6.99
FedEx offers over 8,000 FedEx staffed locations for your Returns drop off. Go to fedex.com/dropoff to find a convenient FedEx location.

Returns - FedEx Pick Up - Your Cost $8.99
For only $2.00 extra, you may request a FedEx Ground Return pickup from your home or office by:

• logging into https://www.fedex.com/grd/rpp/ShowRPP.do or

• calling 1.800.GO.FedEx and requesting a "Ground Return Pickup"

**Please Note: have your return label available to provide the tracking number located beneath the barcode.

Returns - International - You pay shipping
For returns from outside the continental US, Baseball Savings does not handle shipping. You are responsible for choosing an international delivery service and paying any shipping cost.
